One address, read by a person. Corrections to any figure on this site are the most useful thing you can send, and they go to the front of the queue.
There is no form on this page. A form would need scripts and storage, and this site runs without either.
Corrections, first and best
Every delivery charge, cutoff time and starting price on this site was read by hand off a service's own page, and each one is printed with the date it was read. Prices move, cutoffs shift, delivery pages get rewritten. When you find one that no longer matches, tell us and we go back to the source page, read it again and update both the figure and its date. That is the promise attached to every "checked on" stamp on this site, and it only works if people report what they find.
Put in the email, if you can:
- The page on this site that has it wrong, and roughly where on the page.
- Which service, and which figure: a delivery charge, a cutoff, a starting price.
- What it says now on the service's own site, and the page you saw it on.
A subject line of "correction" is enough to get it triaged quickly. You do not need a screenshot and you do not need to be polite about it.
If you run a flower business
If we have described your service wrongly, tell us and we will fix it, quickly and without conditions. That has nothing to do with any commercial relationship and never will.
If you are a local florist and you think you should be mentioned on one of our city pages, write and say where you are and what you cover. Those mentions are editorial, they carry no payment in either direction, and we only list shops whose own website we have opened and read. Requests to be added to a comparison table, to move up one, or to have a criticism taken down are answered but not granted.Our commercial position is set out in full.
Questions about an order
We cannot help, and we would rather say so plainly than take a week to answer. This site sells nothing and handles no orders. If flowers you bought have not arrived, gone to the wrong address or turned up in poor condition, contact the service you bought them from. Their phone number and email will be on their own site, and they are the only people who can look up your order.
Everything else
Suggestions for pages, questions about Irish flower etiquette we have not covered, disagreements with a ranking: all welcome, all read. We answer what we can, though not always quickly. What we do not do is publish sponsored posts, accept guest articles, or sell links, so an email offering any of those will not get a reply.
